Born in 1974 in Besançon, Géraldine (PinkArtRoz) is an autodidact artist. Suffering from chronic osteoarthritis in the left hand, fan of Pop Art and Street Art, she particularly likes Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Banksy and Ben's messages. As a graphic designer she has explored various areas (visual communication, interior decoration, grunge alternative music) that have mature her style over time.
She is interested in alternative places, brownfield areas, damaged walls or urban supports full of graffiti.
Today, she embodies a conviction style, an expression and a mix of different techniques (collages, spray, stencils, painting and materials). The colors clash, are projected, scratched, washed... to link with the matter and graphic elements.
She expresses herself on different formats (retrieved objects, pieces of damaged posters, walls, canvases...) and always looks for strong contrasts between the format and the colors, as a love dual, like a love/hate relationship.
