Artistic creation has always fascinated Jérémy Magniez. He had his first exhibition and won his first painting prize at the age of 17. It was on Reunion Island that the artist met a landscaper and worked with him for two years.
The plant and organic world then becomes a true passion for Jérémy. After studying architecture and once graduating, he chose to focus on Indian ink drawing, his preferred medium. His works, of extreme thoroughness and precision, combine architectural perspectives and a plant world in perfect harmony.
The biomechanical worlds of HR Giger, the precision of Hieronymus Bosch, the perspectives of MC Escher are all sources of inspiration for the artist. It remains perhaps to quote the critic and theoretician Gian Ruggero Manzoni: “Jérémy, wonderful and already a great young artist! "
