Louis Perrin is a French artist born in Mulhouse in 1955. He studied at the School of Decorative Arts of Strasbourg and in several workshops. He has worked as a conservator- restorer of cultural heritage for many years, he restored the Cathedral of Strasbourg and Venice .
Originator of what he calls "the Zep Art" it was in 1980 that he turned to sculpture and created monumental works, both elegant and bizarre, in stone, bronze and several other materials. He worked as well, in schools, designing theater sets, scenography and artistic events, in France, the United States, Switzerland, Bosnia and Germany.
