If I graduate from PAO model maker and photographer, concerning drawing and painting, I am totally self-taught. Touching everyone but always in the artistic field, I was an illustrator, art cutler, comic artist, did a little sculpture and photography. But it's painting that has always focused my attention. "

Techniques used: "First of all interested in comics when I started, I am first and foremost a draftsman, and that is always felt in my work including when I paint. Today, whether I do a watercolor or an oil painting, I always start with a drawing. I never move without my sketchbook and a pencil. For me, when a sketch is successful, I hardly want to go any further , since the idea is already there. I paint mainly in watercolor which allows me to work both intuitively with tempera and in the precision of detail. "

Artistic approach :

"Living in the heart of Provence, between the Alps and the Gorges du Verdon, I have always been touched by the beauty and fragility of nature. A little wild myself, I am self-taught, I work alone, instinctively, without worrying too much about what is being done elsewhere.

I cannot fail to express in my paintings the drama that is affecting us all today through its destruction.
