Kalipeinture

I graduated from a graphic design studio, worked in fields that had nothing to do and I had the need to paint on my free time there are now 6 years.

I started by painting subjects inspired by the Asian world (mangas, cherry blossoms, collectible dolls) and I made some portraits for friends from photos.

Always looking to get the emotion through the eyes of my subjects, and work the detail at its maximum, I headed a few months ago to the animal painting. I found the fulfillment and the pleasure of painting subjects that I want to make more "alive" possible while raising people's awareness of the fragility of nature.

Using fuzzy and trompe l'oeil techniques, I bring out my subject from the painting and work on it as much as possible (almost hair by hair for peeling, for example).

My goal: to make believe that my painting is as realistic as a photo and to sow doubt when people look at my paintings.
