In 1989, after his studies in Fine Arts in Montpellier and Architecture School, Olivier Dromel exhibited his first works in the gallery. The Biennial of Barcelona in 1990 prompted.
The following year, he moved to Switzerland where he works on a new concept of photography "free".
in 2010, his work focuses primarily on painting and watercolors on canvas.
Through these mediums, he revisits the theme of landscape and naturalism.
In 2011 and 2012, his works are presented at Drouot where he achieved a rating which gives it since international status.
Referenced by Artprice and Akun, it is part of the rising stars of contemporary art.
From 2012, the galleries present its new series "Happy Birds" in Paris, Cannes, Monaco, Tokyo, Innsbruck, Montpellier, Bordeaux, Strasbourg ... as well as the major international contemporary art fairs and biennials.
The Magrez foundation and Mercedes foundation have acquired some of his paintings.
In 2015, the Cultural Affairs present his new work "Water colors" at a major exhibition at the Grande Motte.
