Claudine Drai

Born in 1951 - France

Claudine Drai is a French artist born in Paris in 1951. In 1975, she was admitted to the National Superior School of Fine Arts, but she decided to work autodidactically. In 1984, she attended the Superior School of Drawing of Art of Montparnasse for a year.

Claudine Drai seeks to create reliefs in her creations. In order to do this, she adds materials such as paper and silk: for her, everything is about sensations. In 1994, she met Barbara Le Portz, who was the director of the French Division of Fine Perfumery at Quest International and gave her the idea of adding an olfactory dimension to her work.

Claudine Drai exhibits her work regularly in France and abroad.
