Léa Helft born in Paris in 1992. She grew up in sub-Saharan Africa. Back in France, the clash of cultures questions her about the importance of these in the construction of the social individual and politics, which will influence her career in a double course of plastic arts and art therapy. .
Today, a multidisciplinary plastic artist, she combines artistic projects and trips that nourish her practice.
