Scaf

At the beginning of the 2000s, the graffiti artist from Lorraine, Scaf, began to paint BBoys, famous emblematic characters of graffiti. He is part of the Smala Crew, a renowned collective which brings together the best graffiti artists from the East of France. They carry out numerous frescoes in Luxembourg and in Germany where they become a real reference.

After a few years of practice, Scaf focused on hyperrealism, for which, from fresco to fresco, he pursues his quest for perfection. Today, his mastery allows him to vary his models, sometimes oscillating between photography and cartoon. His hyperrealistic canvases, which he exhibits solo or in a group, are only made with aerosol and acrylic spray. He is able to achieve stunning 3D illusions.
