Élisabeth Freund-Cazaubon

Élisabeth Freund-Cazaubon is a self-taught poet and painter. Writing has been walking with her since childhood. Opening her words to others has become obvious, initially to support people with disabilities or seriously ill. Give everyone a bright rendezvous to nourish hope.

She began to play with colors to illustrate her collections of poetry in colorful and cheerful tones, collections regularly awarded and praised in regional and national competitions. Since 2017, she has been developing her creation around “Histoiles®” where her paintings reveal characters according to the wandering gaze of the visitor, thus opening the door to a renewed imagination. Sometimes dolphins, mermaids, faces in profile, sometimes little characters from fairy tales or scenes from life… The “Histoiles®” offer visitors the opportunity to read the web and thus write their own story. Read in a canvas like in the clouds! A reading proposal is made by the artist and the magic operates in all directions of the painting.
