Michel Louineau

In 2014, I was the victim of a serious accident. Miraculous by medical grace, I plunge back into my passion for the sea, its fish and boats. I am passionate about creation and in particular acrylic painting. Self-taught, curious and touches everything, I start to sculpture in terracotta and work with sandstone, and then metal. 

A single red thread the fish. Brimming with imagination, I explore different techniques and materials, acrylic, watercolor, Indian ink, resin, metal, etc. Sign "a man who gets up is stronger than a man who never fell." I will end with these few lines taken from Fernando Pessoa. Of all, there will be three things left: The certainty that everything was starting. The certainty that it would be interrupted before being finished. Make interrupt a new path. Falling, a dance step. Make fear a staircase, dream a bridge, research an encounter.
