Annie Monnerie-Goarin

I first painted in parallel with other professional activities. Classical studies having led me to the worlds of linguistics, publishing and diplomacy, I have held several positions in the world of La Francophonie and Foreign Affairs. At the same time, I published works for the dissemination of French abroad. These universes seemingly far from the artistic field have nourished me with contacts, readings and travels which have undoubtedly influenced my painting, to which I decided in 2007 to devote myself exclusively.

I started exhibiting in galleries in Montparnasse, then I was selected several times (2017-2018-2019) at the Salon d'Automne (Champs Elysées, Paris) and at the Salon des Beaux Arts (Carrousel du Louvre, Paris). I was then approached by several galleries and organizations which allowed me to exhibit in particular in Paris (gallery Not a Gallery), and abroad, in the USA (New York, Manhattan, ArtExpo), in China (Xi 'An, The New Silk Roads of the XXIst Century) and in Japan (National Art Center in Tokyo, Current Art France Japan).
