Arnaud Liard & Sébastien Preschoux

Sébastien Preschoux: For nearly 15 years, Sébastien Preschoux, born in 1974 living and working in Paris, has been exploring and experimenting with the work of the line and the optical games that it and its entanglements can offer to see. This work is characterized by two practices, one, in 2D, giving way to a work of rich and complex colors through painting, and the other, in 3D, taking the form of wire installations, offering thus to the spectator an active immersion in the kinetics and the pleasure of the optical game.

Arnaud Liard: is a French artist born in Gennevilliers in 1975 he lives and works in Paris. Coming from the Parisian graffiti scene, Arnaud Liard is a multiple artist, mixing several areas of creation to obtain a surprising result. After obtaining a diploma as a painter in letters, from the end of the 1980s he devoted himself to the creation of murals. In 2001, he co-founded the collective TRBDSGN with the artists Hobz and Onde. Conceived as a multidisciplinary laboratory, the TBDSGN studio explores the worlds of object design, scenography and graphic design and for Arnaud Liard this period marks the beginning of his pictorial research on canvas.
