Educated in Scientific studies, she then finds her way in the arts
She also studied at the Atelier Port Royal in Paris with Claude Schurr, Jean Max Relange, Marzelle, Ravel and Dinah Pickard.
She worked in Pondicherry,India with the painter Pichaya Manet who thought her the oil technique, and with Alex Parker in Goa..
She participated in numerous private and collective exhibitions, Paris, Versailles, Puteaux, Menton, Nice, Los Angeles, New York. Exhibition at the Salon d'automne in Paris, Private exhibitions in, Geneva, Zurich, San Remo, Rome, Pondicherry, Bangalore, Cotonou. Private collection in St Martin, Paris, Reims, Strasbourg, Noumea, San Francisco, Antwerp.
Professional golf player for a few years she also draws posters and logos for jazz and golf.
Since 4years,Mireille.J Cordelle follows courses at the Academy of drawing and painting of Port Royal in Paris.
Her paintings are inspired by her many travels. She paints from nature or from photographs. Its large flat areas of color recall the luminous countries that it visits, that it inhabits, such as Africa, New Caledonia, India ...
She buys her pigments and grinds her colors. Her talent resides undoubtedly in this puzzle of brillant and wild colors .
Mireille Cordelle presently lives in Bali,Indonesia, and experiments with recycled art.
