Taroop & Glabel is a group founded in the beginning of the 90s. Its leitmotiv is the critical and amused reading of myths, and old illusions of religions, sciences and the acquired truths, without forgetting the contemporary illusions, those of a society of consumption and the reign of advertising. An artistic approach that comes in the form of illustrations, collages and installations.
The pieces of this group are regularly exhibited everywhere in France, and are also part of public collections at the FNAC (National Fond of Contemporary Art) and of FRAC Basse-Normandy, Burgundy and Langueroc-Roussillon.
