Guillaume Gomez

France

Biography
Parisian photographer strongly influenced by urban culture, Guillaume Gomez projects an asserted and educated eye on urban life and its protagonists, capturing the moment through scenes occuring in the streets. Curious concerning the origins of graffiti, he naturally turned towards New York and the United States to push over his eye and talent up to a new challenge. Confronted to new architectures and environments, he creates large prints of unusual scenes occuring in Brooklyn. Trains are his subject of choice, them being the original medium in street art's iconic cradle. Working along with the fashion world, he made a few collaborations with some brands, maximizing the lifestyle side part of the urban universe he bathes in. He notably worked the famous artist JonOne, New York graffer and painter which is a striking reference for contemporary urban art. He was also lucky to work on the airframe of a long-haul Air France B777-300 that he decorated with a 4 meters on 7 sticker.
