Born in 1964, Clara Bergel is a French painter and plastic artist. Her taste for painting dates back to her childhood, when she started drawing. She started her career as a fashion designer and then specialized in interior design. Today, the artist devotes entirely to her desire to create and to her passion for art.
A self-taught artist, Clara Bergel is an artist that uses mixed techniques, different types of paint as well as collages. Her pieces are the product of her journeys, her memories and feelings, which inspire her daily life. In parallel to her paintings on canvas, Clara Bergel also works on a collection of street art artworks, called the Art Toys, which are inspired by her recent trips to Mexico and Japan.
The artist's work is regularly exhibited all around France and abroad. Clara Bergel has exhibited her work in New York, Miami, Milan and Toronto, among others.
