Born in 1936 in Friedrichsthal, Horst Linn is a German sculptor. He lives and works in Dortmund.
He studied plastic arts at the National School of Arts of Saarbrücken in Germany, besides Boris Kleint and Karl Kunz. He studied philosophy at the University of Saarland as well. Then he started a career as an art teacher and later on became a sculpture teacher.
Present on the international art scene since the 60s, Horst Linn participates in numerous solo and group exhibitions.The artist works on concrete, steel and aluminum following the strict rules of concrete constructivism.
