Born in 1987 in Booshehr, Iran, Rezvan Zahedi is a photographer. After obtaining her baccalaureate in Letters and Human Sciences, she devoted herself to photojournalism. At the age of 20, she specialized in graffiti photography by placing the issue of freedom of expression at the heart of her artistic work. In 2013, she mounted an exhibition in Iran presenting her work, a clandestine exhibition because of the clear political commitment of her photographs. Arrived in France in 2015, she participated in the exhibition "Hip-hop: from the Bronx to the Arab countries" of the Arab World Institute, where she presented photographs evoking graffiti and artistic freedom in Islamist countries. She then worked as a photographer for the Cécile Sabourdy Museum & Gardens in Limoges, and exhibited in various cities in France.
