Armando Garcia Luna was born in Monterrey, in Mexico, when the country was rapidly expanding intellectually and culturally, following the Avant-garde European movement.
His studies in visual arts allowed him to discover and experiment with different fields, going from painting to fashion design, passing through the artistic direction of Mexican TV movies.
His works resemble this training, as the artist likes to surprise the spectator by presenting monochrome paintings in their entirety, or explosive combination of colors but always through the quest of purity and precision.
His mission: Story telling! Talking about men and women around him and for this, Armando juxtaposes colors, shapes and lines in a refined manner.
