Presentation
My name is Guy Romedenne-Lagrange. I was born on December 21, 1956 in Oujda, Morocco and I lived in this country until 1972, when I returned to France to continue my training course at the hotel school in Nice.
After five years of study and a higher technician's certificate in my pocket, I joined the professional world of restaurants and hotels, in a way embarking on a tour of France depending on the opportunities that presented themselves to me. This is how I was able to stay in Provence, in Gascony, on the island of Noirmoutier, in Limousin, the Paris region to finally arrive at the gates of Sologne where I currently reside.
Since January 2019, I have retired from professional catering education and hold a master's degree in sociology of food obtained in 2013.
