Kimsen was born in 1977 in Seoul, South Korea. Since she was a child she has been interested in drawing, painting and taking photographs. In 1996, she decided to leave her country and move to France. It was a difficult decision but she was motivated by the desire to pursue her dream of becoming a professional artist.
She joined at first the Rouen School of Fine Arts and then in 2002, the prestigious Sorbonne University in Paris. She completed her schooling in 2007 and obtained her Master II in Visual Arts and and started to have shows in France, Korea, China and the US.
In 2010 she started studying multimedia at the IESA in Paris, an essential step to expand her knowledge and improve his skills in artistic direction. Her style is characterized by concepts such as rhythm or energy.
