Abel Iglesias is a Catalan artist born in 1994 at Lleida, Spain. Graffiti has been present in his life since he was 11, is part of his career and it has an important influence on his work.
Abel bases his art on abstract compositions that comes from typographies and his personal way of understanding graffiti. He translates those letters into shapes and colors, and shows a research on construction and deconstruction.
Abel's work is equiped with a strong aesthetic component inspired on a futuristic and advanced society vision, a reinterpretation of what is established.
The pieces of his series not only work by themselves but they work as a whole, each piece leads to a compositional narrative and its elements converge together to the other pieces.
