JAKK is a duo initiative, a collaboration between two artists Job Cox from the Netherlands and Kent Wahlbeck from Sweden. Every artwork is an unique piece created together with both involved in every step of the process.
Job and Kent met in the International Symposium, “Atelier an der Donau” in Pöchlarn , Austria 2008. JAKK works in series and using mixed media with watercolors, collage, pencils and ink on paper. Then they make pigment prints from original works.
This serie is called “The Amazing Zoo” and that is about how animals look on us people and what we are doing to the planet.
