Tim Orr is an English sculptor, ceramist and painter, born in 1940. He has been living and working in France since 1960.
With his wife Jacqueline, they made up an innovative artistic duo, working on porcelain in an artistic manner. They worked together on several mural decor projects especially "port de Cavalaire" in the Var region and also created several sculptures for the Lapeyronie hospital in Montpellier. In addition to their public orders, Tim Orr also took on orders from private collectors.
Since his wife's death in 1989, the artist settled down in Brissac and now works alone. He has begun new research work on the juxtaposition of bronze and porcelain. He is slowly getting more interested in garden sculptures and has turned towards enamel painting on porcelain.
