Born in 1971, Kimberly Aring Guillermo is an American artist. She lives and works in France.

Kimberly Aring Guillermo studied Fine arts at the University of South Carolina and then at the University of Furma and at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She then joined a French artists residency through the International Rotary Professional Exchange in 2006.

Kimberly Aring Guillermo creates figurative paintings resembling American paintings of the twentieth century. She depicts interior scenes, where the human being plays a main role. She paints moments of everyday life, the intimate moments where man is vulnerable, isolated, emotional.The artist works particularly the light and the colors. Which illuminate her canvases creating movement and making her characters appear even more real.

Her work was very well received at the Charlestown Row Gallery in the USA and in several French galleries situated in La Baule and Villefranche. They are exhibited in several private American, Russian and European collections.
