Michel Palacios, of Spanish origin, born in 1962.

In 1985, graduated in visual arts, he adopted the pseudonym Paella Chimicos anagram of his name and joined the collective "Frigo". He becomes one of the emblematic figures of the Parisian scene, adept of a "Deliberate Figuration". He creates posters and has artist activity commentator. His spiral head characters on background of almost basic pictorial research became famous.

His characters will unfold on the walls of galleries and the city.

At the beginning of 2000 he becomes Paella? and initiates a work where the image and the text are closely mixed ; almost 100 personal exhibitions since 1988.
