Alejandra Leon

Colombia Born in: 1989
Translation in progress

Colombian Photographer and Filmmaker, specialized in Analog and Experimental Photography.

By creating archive footage of her own intimacy and life experience, her artistic practice explores subjects as memory, space and identity.

Her work as a photographer seems to be more than an artistic practice itself. By recapitulating the images of her daily life, it seems that this artist is trying to use photography as any other type of self inquiry practice: She is using images to see what is actually beyond them.
