Marie Doazan

Born in: 1989

France

Marie Doazan was born in Toulouse in 1989. She studied at the Olivier de Serres School in Paris and then worked for renowned agencies and studios such as Konbini, Sid Lee and Playground. However, after several years of career, she decided to devote herself to her first passion, illustration, and started working independently. Marie Doazan uses the codes of childhood to make drawings with a candid appearance. Sweetness and poetry are mixed with a particular energy, infused by the use of bright colors. The curves are softened, the features are irregular and allow the artist to depict a distorted reality, forcing the admiration of adults and children. Very solicited by the press and edition, Marie Doazan exhibits her work very regularly in France.
