Celebrating life by Giacomo Pirozzi is a vivid, beautiful depiction of the human experience displayed through black and white images Pirozzi took over the span of 30 years while travelling the world. The work is not a compilation of Pirozzi’s images however, it is a journey that builds upon itself. The images span from the birth of a child in Indonesia, to a woman kissing the cross above a grave of a loved one in Romania. In the midst of these stark, powerful, emotional images lies a journey. This exhibition is filled with Images from all over the world depicting different stages of life. There are images of children playing in Africa, Asia, and South America. There are images of mothers holding their children And there are images of the elderly being taken care of by their loved ones. Through this exhibition Pirozzi captures snapshots of our most important moments as humans, moments of mourning, love, growth and joy. This collection of 24 meaningful images is just a small essay of Giacomo's amazing life of work.
