Biography
German artist and painter (Gelsenkircher, 1908 - Colonia, 1979). After the second world war, in 1947, together with the painters Hann Trier, Joseph Fassbender, Georg Meister, Eugen Batz and other personalities of the cultural scene he founded the Alfterer Thursday Society, one of the first artistic associations in post-war Germany.
