Biography
Sam Colen, whose real name is Samuel Kolensky was born in 1975 in Ukraine. At the age of 8, he emigrates to the USA in Alaska. As a teenager, he became passionate about photography. At 18 he moved to Los Angeles where he studied graphic design. Very quickly he works for many animation studios while carrying out his personal artistic projects.
In 2015, he decided to devote himself fully to his artistic career.
Today he creates compositions mixing photography, graphic design and digital art of great complexity.
Since then he never stops creating and exhibiting his work (London, Dubai, Paris, Monaco, Buenos Aires, Hong Kong ...), always more complex.
Militant artist of the animal cause and more generally of the environment, he composes works in which he does not cease to denounce the climatic and environmental transformations with a poetry that it is clean to him in apocalyptic settings of anticipation. He does not forget his roots and his childhood rocked by the MARVEL universe.
His universe seduces a large number of galleries and collectors but he does not chase fame, he simply wants to expose his point of view on today's world.
