A month Prior to 9/11 I was commissioned to shoot a calendar for the oncoming year 2002. A group of very beautiful young women who had found strength within each other to have confidence as individuals and love of themselves for the minds and bodies. They were proud and wanted to show the world just how strong they were with of an example though their nudity in a most tasteful artistic manner we came up with this theme of Victoriana Period from over 100years ago.

Unfortunately post Sept 11 the calendar was never published, I lost contact with the group of girls and I left the USA and moved back to Europe. My printer in New York was closing his business and sent all my negative files onto to me. After some time in Europe I then moved back to Australia where I stayed for some years before returning to New York sometime later. By then we had moved into the digital age and all of my photographic campaigns were stored on digital hard drives.

So over twenty years later whilst packing up a house of mine in Sydney I came across the negative files and decided to scan them to digital images. I have managed to get this amazing collection together and create a sepia theme. I dont know where the girls are now as it's now twenty one years later. I did know that they would have loved to have seen what has become of the eventful day we had shooting these images. It certainly wasn't something that needed to be left stored away as negative files never to be seen. Thank-you Lost Girls, you now have been found.
