What else have you done BALEK? This is the question that the Wawi Gallery asked 12 artists from the Street and Pop art movement! Their answers, full of humor and impertinence, will be on view from April 8 to May 8 at the gallery through fifteen unpublished works, produced on various supports. Two frescoes by artists BertheOne and Kaldea will also be on the walls of the gallery. Opening Friday, April 8 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. BALEK is a tribute to the precursors of Street art, who often defied codes and took great risks to get their messages across. BALEK is also an invitation to each of us to celebrate the audacity, the boldness, and the irreverence that we have had to show at certain stages of life. BALEK is a state of mind! So, are you BALEK?
