Vanessa Cuthbert

A graduate from The Royal College of Art (with Distinction), Vanessa Cuthbert works across a range of media - predominantly painting and printmaking. During the course of her career, she has won awards for her work including the Darwin scholarship (while at the RCA), and prizes at festivals in Germany and India, as well as being elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Her work has been sold through auction by Bonhams (Knightsbridge, London) and shown on BBC and Channel 4. She has exhibited in various countries including USA, Japan, India, Mexico, China, Slovenia, France, Italy, Spain and Belgium. Recent exhibitions include : the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition, the Royal Scottish Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition; the Royal Society of British Artists Annual Exhibition and the Society of Women Artists Annual Exhibition (at Mall Galleries - Federation of British Artists - London).
