Popoola Victor Oladipupo is a Nigerian artist known for his vibrant and emotive works. Born in the early '90s in Ogun state, Nigeria, popoola's artistic journey began at an early age, nurtured by the rich cultural tapestry of his surroundings. Growing up, Popoola displayed a natural talent for art, Which was further honed during His formative years at Logic Art Studio in Igbore, Ogun State. His education continued at the Federal College of Education, Where he obtained a Nigerian certificate in Education (NCE), laying a solid foundation for his artistic endeavours.
In pursuit of excellence, Popular pursued higher education in art at Obafemi Awolowo University, graduating in 2021. His artistic expression primarily manifests on canvas, where he skillfully employs acrylic to create captivating textures and evoke a profound sense of emotion.
Popoola's paintings Are characterized by a vibrant palette and a dynamic Interplay of light and shadow, reflecting His keen observation of human experiences and emotions. Inspired by the concept of Post-traumatic growth, popoola seeks to use his art as a medium For healing, aiming to empower individuals to overcome post-traumatic stress disorder. Popoola has exhibited in several group exhibitions in Nigeria including; 7 7-month strike-7 months blessing, restoration, inside-out; thought as taught.
