Biography
Yael Taig is a visual artist from Jerusalem, Israel, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. She is an illustrator, interested in installation art. She finds inspiration in the works of Yves Klein. Which is part of the reason that some of her recent works revolve around the idea of creating ambiguous images that allow the viewer to feel, rather than see.
Yael takes great interest in imprinting different objects, some inanimate, others- of nature, to place her surroundings in a different context and play with the result, creating stories.
