Biography
Eleonore False graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2013, from the ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres in Fashion and Environmental design in 2008. She gleans images by traveling through the flattened world of books, constituting a repertoire of forms whose common trait is the representation of living things and human activity, which becomes a source for new links to be created.
Through games of changes of scale, she develops a practice in volume, shaped by different processes – printing, shaping, weaving, ceramics, metal cutting, basketry, glass.
