Born in Provence, Roman Piat now lives and works in Bidart on the Côte-Basque.
Trained in graphic arts, he is also passionate about the world of design. His career is thus punctuated by his profession as artistic director and a desire to create, study and manipulate shapes, materials and light.
2022 is the year he decides to present his work to the public!
His works reveal a refined style and highlight his vision of calm.
Through his works in the "Fragments" series, Roman Piat offers his interpretation of visual comfort, a precise point where design and art overlap, where they become one.
The paintings, mainly created on the basis of resin and pigments, reflect a process emphasizing the variations of movements and light.
