Nadine Hardy is a French painter, born in 1968. She studied history and history of art in USA, before coming back to France. She currently lives and works in Pyrenees Atlantiques.
Nadine Hardy is an abstract painter, she uses wooden panels as her medium. Colors play an important role in her paintings. The artist gives them free rein and doesn't try to control her canvas. She lets her material, paint brushes and palette knife guide her. She superimposes warm and bright colors, Hardy mainly wants to paint beautiful elements, and find a balance between order and disorder. The spectator is able to give free rein to his own imagination, while viewing her paintings, and going beyond the reality.
