Biography
A painting should above all make you dream, a bit like contemplating a sunset. A “Landscape" should be superbly figurative, but, at the same time, be a landscape dream. A painting of olive trees, a dream of olive trees. Flowers, a dream of flowers… A “Navy"? you should almost feel the blow of the wind, guess the murmur of the waves. A portrait ? resembling, certainly, but also that something extra that makes this person unique. (portraits to order only). My whole artistic approach is there, figurative painting of course, but with this something indefinable in addition, which is essential.
