Biography

Fascinated by the world of bees, trees, forests and nature in general, I use the wax produced by my bees and give it colour to create works on wood and paper.

My job as a beekeeper (I'm also known as an "Artpicultrice") allows me to immerse myself in nature, where every rustle of leaf and every bird song calls out to me.

I work the wax from my bees hot. A little cooking to mix the colours, a few brushes as magic wands, a dash of fusion, and a forest takes shape, a bird takes flight.

The heat and movement allow me to create a painting that is translucent, rich in texture and relief. Sometimes I slip in a few sprigs of grass.
