Mr Bou

Born in 1986, Mr Bou is a self-taught artist from Nîmes who has been fascinated by the idea of creating since his youngest age.

Without claiming to have an innate artistic talent (you be the judge), he has always been able to count on an essential quality: determination and the desire to do.

After years of reflection and exploration, he decided to reconnect with his desire to create. Today he presents the fruit of eight years of research to find his way and define his art.

His real strength lies in his ability to accept repetition and tedious tasks.

It is this approach that naturally led him towards demanding techniques such as pointillism and pixelation. These methods, which require time, patience and great precision, embody for him a return to the essential, an accessible art.

Recognized for the originality and meticulousness of his work, Mr. Bou is now present in many private collections, testifying to the growing interest that his art arouses.

Through this process Mr Bou reconnects with the child he once was.

To this young dreamer he would simply say: "You see, with almost nothing, we can do great things."
