Partan is working against the flow of the current trend that personalizes to the extreme and places the artists at the first row of the media focus. His wish is to remain anonymous. He intends to disappear behind his work so as to leave the spectator in a dual relationship.
Once a work is showed, it no longer belongs to him, and only the new relationship that establishes itself between the work and the spectator matters. No need to talk, to express, to orientate… If the work of art has some value, it will be the only one to allow an esthetical emotion to rise.
Although Partan is discreet and his paintings met a few exhibitions, his works have already reached great private collections around the world.
