Biography
Carole Benichou has a training in fashion designing, though painting has always been her passion. Self-taught, she worked with the painter Pierre Choutet, professor at école des beaux arts in Paris.
Carole Bénichou is a painter who uses parody or irony to distort a popular object through fantasy and cheerfulness.
Inspired by Pop-art, she plunges us into a pictorial world which is not only amazing but innovative as well. The artist has managed to impose her style in all her works, along with a very colorful and contrasting universe. Carole adapts, restyles and transforms pop-art with her Street-art touch. She has exhibited in several galleries and participated in Contemporary art fairs.
