Biography
Carole Benzaken was born in 1964 in Grenoble, France. She lives and works in Paris. She holds a Diplôme Supérieur d'Arts Plastiques (1990) from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts de Paris.
Since 2013 she teaches painting at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art de Paris Cergy (ENSAPC). In 1998/99 she was a Visiting Artist for graduate students at the Pasadena Art Center, California. In 1995/96 Carole Benzaken was a Visiting Artist at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts (ENSBA, The National School for Advanced Studies in Fine Arts), Paris.
