Steve Chaudanson

If the excellence of his metallurgical work in terms of layout and decoration have long won over a fine regional clientele, Steve Chaudanson has only been in Drômois since 2011. Born in 1976 in Sainte-Foy-Les-Lyon, he grew up in Africa. After 25 years of experience in metallurgy, he let his creativity and his passion for Art speak.

Colorful and sleek, massive and refined, the metal sculptures imagined by Steve Chaudanson carry their bewitching lines here and there in the contemporary artistic and aesthetic universe. Sometimes fleshy and corpulent, sometimes airy and transparent, they use the upstrokes and downstrokes of their frame to capture the eye and the light. Between humanity and bestiality, the volumes take on body, life and warmth, before melting into graphic objects with a metallic coldness. And vice versa.
