Michiko

Nakamura Michiko is a conversion of my real identity into Japanese. Young artist born in 1985, ideas full of synapses but above all color! I work on language, the symbolism of color. 

I developed my own technique: blown paint. I am part of the work. Turning around it, when I breathe, I let the music transport me, a sound gives me a color or free expression on the exteriorization of my emotional feeling. Being very close to nature, I try to bring out a mineral (abyssal) or cosmic (nebula) side in the backgrounds of my works.

I use acrylic paint and natural pigments. I create the color mixes myself, I am against excessive consumption and it is more interesting to look for your own color, it gives extra energy to the work. 

The language and symbolism of color were forgotten, nobody remembers it, however, when they look at my works, they are under the spell of color, of mixing, of creation they need, from a psychological point of view , emotionally speaking. It is by talking to them, about the work they are looking at, that they understand the normality of their feelings when faced with it. I like to see them surprised, amazed and it always gives them a little smile, and that is priceless.
