Biography
Yulia Dvoiris was born in 1958 in Russia, in the city of Roslavl. Yulia studied at the University of Art and Graphics in Magnitogorsk. She worked as a book illustrator and a theater set designer and taught painting for retirees and elderly people. Yula immigrated to Israel in 2014 where she turned to her true love for humorous paintings which evoke smiles. Her artwork gets great responses all over the world as she uses such universal themes.
