Ugo Vistosi

Ugo VISTOSI is an Italian painter, born in 1958 in Rovigo - He spent his childhood in Venice, a city in which the dreamlike and artistic atmosphere was conducive to arousing in him a vocation as a painter - From this budding passion, he devoted himself to learning drawing, painting, Art in general, experimenting with various techniques such as watercolor, oil or acrylic painting - He detached himself from all this following the vagaries of life, but after a long period, he reconnected with the world of Art in 1995, and devoted himself completely to it in the early 2000s - Winner of numerous national competitions, exhibition in Padua in 2008/2009, he is very involved in associations cultural - In his paintings, he always seeks to create an emotion for the viewer - His style is extremely diverse and varied (abstracts, portraits of women, dreamlike or even fantastic landscapes, horses etc...)
